I thought my other pc's were not updating because they were not reporting to my wsusu server, so I:1. Stopped and restarted the wuauserv, wuapi.dll, wups.dll, wuaeng.dll, wucltui.dll, msxml3and restarted wuauserv.3. I finally took a look at my file on the pc and this is what I received. I tried setting up a local policy to test one pc but still it did not report to the server.

Here’s how: Step 1: Go to or search for , which will let you set a start and end time for when restarts will occur.

Keep in mind that this doesn’t change when updates are installed, but only when your machine will automatically restart — and then, only when you’re not actively using it.

I have done this steps numerous times and just not reporting.

I can verify it is querying the server for updates, as the event logs showing grabbed updates and applied this morning.
